Thank you for choosing My Personal Travel Planner for your holiday needs. My Personal Travel Planner is a registered travel agency using the name of "Ainsley Hardie trading as My Personal Travel Planner". My Personal Travel Planners is a licensed travel agent – Qld Licence No: 21379166.

Please take the time to read through our terms and conditions of service. On making a booking with My Personal Travel Planner you are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions and to have entered into a legally binding contract for the provision of travel services. You are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of suppliers and are therefore bound by their terms and conditions and any refund is limited to these conditions. Once payment is made for the booking, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for the booking. Prices are subject to availability and change and are not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Prices and availability can be withdrawn without notice due to such events as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, changes to tax codes and increases to airfares. These fluctuations can occur for reasons and matters beyond our control. Acceptance of a quotation does not mean that all of the services requested will be available.

The agency booking fee charged by My Personal Travel Planner is non refundable and due 7 days after requesting a booking or receiving a researched itinerary. In the event that you, the client, has had to cancel a booking, My Personal Travel Planners is unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Please ensure that you are familiar with the booking conditions of the travel providers that you are using as a part of your holiday. Each supplier is different and will impact on the amount of refund you receive if at all. After a booking has been confirmed, fees and charges to change travel arrangements will be incurred by the client as will any redocumentation charges.
